News from Finland and around the world

STT's editorial staff closely follows Finnish and world events 24h a day, every day of the year.

There are always at least two on-duty reporters on the job. STT produces an average of 300 news items each day.

These news are conveyed to each media in the appropriate form: as a feed to editorial systems, directly to web pages, to cell phones, and as a radio news bulletin.

FNB produces news services in Swedish.

Supporting services for journalistic work

Besides news, STT also produces calendars and lists to support the planning and production needs of different media. These calendars and lists provide comprehensive overviews of daily events and occasions in Finland and abroad.
