On March 1st 2010, after STT bought Lehtikuva, Suomen Tietotoimisto and Lehtikuva merged to form STT-Lehtikuva. Lehtikuva, founded in 1951, is the largest picture agency in Finland. STT, founded in 1887, is one of the world's oldest still operating news services.
